This is exactly what our client has been working with great success for many years. As an owner-managed construction company based in Emsland, our client has been developing and implementing sustainable large-scale projects in modern modular design for over 25 years – including schools, kindergartens, administrative buildings and other public infrastructure projects.

With around 50 employees, their own production sites and an exceptionally strong order situation, the company is now one of the innovative pioneers of its industry. In order to take the next strategic development step, a separate architecture department is now being built within the group of companies for the first time. This is why an architect / planner (m/w/d) is being sought, which not only works on projects, but also actively contributes to building a new planning structure within a growing construction company and shaping it in the long term.

Your role Together with the management, You develop the construction of their own internal architecture and planning structure. You already accompany public building projects in early conceptual and design phases and create the planning basis for modern buildings.

The special: You do not work detached from the later implementation, but closely interlinked with their own production, own project management and internal TGA and specialist planning structures. This creates new possibilities for intelligently connecting architecture, sustainability and economic feasibility. The position therefore offers you not only creative freedom, but also real development perspectives – professional, structural and perspective also towards team building and leadership responsibility.
