You accompany the management of our holding companies – from ongoing evaluation to reporting and KPI tracking Corporate law topics, decision-making templates and forum documents provide you with a sound and practical basis – as a basis for management, bodies and shareholders You accompany the establishment and further development of our holding companies In coordination with specialist departments and external partners, you will ensure smooth processes and sustainable structures in support of participations Develop internal and cross-disciplinary processes and methods You continue to focus on efficiency and quality As an interface between business areas, you strengthen knowledge transfer and contribute to structured know-how building

Successfully completed studies of the business, economic engineering or a comparable degree programme Experience in a strategic business environment, in the financial sector or in controlling Embossed analytical skills, conceptual thinking and a good sense of economic relations Professional experience in the energy industry is advantageous Safe and binding occurrence in cooperation with internal and external contact persons Structured, solution-oriented operation as well as high self-responsibility and implementation strength
