As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,700 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. We are looking for responsible IT specialists who are convinced that the Bundeswehr-IT will further develop in challenging digitalization projects and thus contribute to Germany's security.

In the BWI Facility Service, we ensure that our colleagues find the ideal working environment at the location. This includes on-site services, service management, maintenance of equipment and equipment, as well as documentation.

Your profile:

• Complete vocational training and at least four years of professional experience in facility or building management
• Deep technical understanding and craftsmanship
• Experience with commercial workflows
• Secure handling of MS Office and the willingness to work into internal tools
• Embossed, proactive communication skills
• Pleasure of regular contact with colleagues and service providers
• Class B driving licence (class 3) and regional travel readiness

Your tasks:

• Location management. They are responsible for all BWI locations in Bonn and the West region and manage their service tasks from conception to implementation (repairs, moves, etc.)
• Service provider management. For our cleaning and craft service providers, keep an overview of the operations and check the results critically with a final acceptance. Incoming difficulties solve your own and goal-oriented problems, in the search for further service providers you create request catalogues and work hand in hand with the internal procurement management. In addition, you will ensure successful cooperation with the BwDLZ.
• Data management. Through careful documentation, master data management and reporting, you ensure transparency and traceability. Allrounder. In the roles of first, fire and evacuation assistants as well as security officers you are also prepared for the serious case. If necessary, you will be responsible for cross-site readiness services.
