You have the overall responsibility for the PASTIS bistro, its mise en place and the smooth service run You lead, train and motivate the service team You shape and care the beverage card and answer your shopping, storage and inventory You advise guests professionally in drinks and food choices You stand in constant exchange with the chef to ensure a perfect interaction of kitchen and service

You have a completed vocational training as a restaurant or hotel professional and ideally professional experience in the upscale gastronomy You bring passion for service culture and guest care You have a safe, sympathetic appearance and a high communication capability You know good German and English skills.
