As a machine operator, plant leader, or production employee, you can ensure that the production process runs smoothly. You would be an indispensable part of our team and responsible for using the machines efficiently and thus ensuring the quality of the products. Your commitment and accuracy contribute significantly to the success of the entire process.

• You accurately adjust the production machines and plants and monitor their function during operation.
• Efficient control of manufactured products is part of your task as well as the quality check according to the specifications.
• Disorders? No problem! You recognize and eliminate minor technical disturbances.
• The proper maintenance and maintenance of the equipment is your responsibility to ensure a permanently trouble-free operation.
• You work closely with a dedicated team and help optimize production processes and processes.

We are looking for

In order to successfully master this role as a machine operator or production employee, you bring with you certain skills and conditions that impress us. Your technical skills and your ability to work structured in a layer model are of central importance.

• First experiences in machine operation or comparable areas are advantageous, but no compelling prerequisite.
• Ready to work in the 3-shift model as well as weekend shifts.
• You are reliable, detailed and have an eye for quality.
• Team skills is essential for us to be successful together.
