To support our team in the Comtact nursing service, we are now looking for a new experienced team player with deed rank for the job as a care professional in part and/or Full time.

You fit perfectly into the team if you:

• Have a completed training as a nurse
• have joy in dealing with people in need of care
• possess empathy, friendliness and balance as well as patience
• Structured and responsible
• Have a license class B

These are your activities:

• Implementation of a professional, planned and documented care
• Creation of care anomalies taking into account the state of health
• Implementation of preventive and rehabilitation measures
• interviews, in representation of the care management
• Conducting and Evaluating EDV-based Care Documentation
• implementation of prophylactic measures
• Support, care and care of our customer
