Your main tasks:

› Development, implementation and evaluation of laboratory experiments for the field

Your profile:

› Successfully completed relevant university studies (Master or equivalent degree) of the disciplines Process Engineering, Food Technology, Food Processing

› detailed and comprehensive knowledge of rheology analytical methods and statistical experimental planning, industrial experience desirable

› special knowledge of food processing, rheology, microscopy (REM-EDX) and extrusion

› comprehensive knowledge and experience in laboratory and research management

› They are a dedicated, independent and reliable person who has organisational skills, social competence and very good communicative skills and enjoys working with students.
