to occupy a 50% position until 31.01.2027.

Your main tasks:

› Development, implementation and evaluation of laboratory experiments for the field

› Planning, construction and testing of the experimental arrangements, including support for the necessary equipment and software

› Care of students in carrying out and evaluating internships and practical experiments in the context of project and final work

› Information and instruction on safety in the laboratory for students as part of laboratory work or Internships

› Technical organization of the laboratory plant, production of operating instructions and risk assessments

› Working with the design, planning, creation and commissioning of new plant and equipment and implementation of the concepts for study programs

› Product and process development, (e.g. extrusion process), customer support

Your profile:

› Successfully completed relevant university studies (Master or equivalent degree) of the disciplines Process Engineering, Food Technology, Food Processing

› detailed and comprehensive knowledge of rheology analytical methods and statistical experimental planning, industrial experience desirable

› special knowledge of food processing, rheology, microscopy (REM-EDX) and extrusion

› comprehensive knowledge and experience in laboratory and research management

› They are a dedicated, independent and reliable person who has organisational skills, social competence and very good communicative skills and enjoys working with students.

The grouping takes place in the pay group 13 TV-H if appropriate conditions exist. The place is in principle divisible.
