Call Center Agent - Customer Service / Data Management / Offers (m/w/d)

We are a dynamic service company in the area of debt remediation, which has been working successfully in this comprehensive area for over 10 years. Our premise is to support people on your way out of debt and to master all the challenges with them in this process. You are the first contact person for our customers You independently process customer requests and requests by phone or mail You collect the data of our customers conscientiously, save them and manage them in our customer management system You start the offers and accompany them until the end As a central point of contact, you forward incoming telephone calls to the respective departments You ensure smooth running of all customer processes and continuous improvement of these processes.

You have experience in customer service or/and a commercial training - desirable would be experience as a project or team manager, as we can regularly give rise to opportunities for ascents You are eager, empathic and like to work with people You have a high service and customer orientation You work reliably, organize and keep a cool head in stressful situations You have very good German skills in word and writing Basic knowledge in English is desirable. Other languages are always a plus The handling of the PC is easy for you You want to develop yourself personally and show your own initiative. You are ready to work in the 2-shift system, on weekdays between 8 am and 4:30 pm, once a week to 6 pm and on change rhythm about every 6 weeks Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm
