Your duties

• Supporting our existing customers
• acceptance and execution of orders in accordance with the relevant requirements
• pricing and delivery of our services after calculation
• Respecting our fleet by customer orders
• Recording and avenging of shipments
• Main data maintenance in our Transport Management System

Your profile

• Proven professional experience in the forwarding industry is assumed
• Open and friendly way of dealing with customers
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to work independently, on a timely and cross-group basis
• Flexibility, commitment and economic thinking
• German in word and writing, other foreign language skills are of advantage
