As an intern/student (m/w/d), you will gain a wide range of insights into the practical work of a global company and support our team in the daily business.

You get impressions of the staff work of an international group and take the following tasks: Support of HR Business Partners in the daily business (correspondence, administration, controlling, preparation of onboarding and offboarding) Contract and certification for our employees:inside Maintenance of the time management system for the Hannover site (including master data, holidays, absences and the like) Creation and updating of Organizational Charts Takeover of personal business tasks (contracting and certification, time management, billing of charges, etc.) Close cooperation with external service providers Planning and organisation of factory management for new employees:inside Support in Operational Excellence Project for HR and the corresponding interfaces

Your qualification: Studies in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, Education or a comparable study direction Ideally, you already have first experiences in human resources You are safe in handling MS Office (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint) Team spirit and good communication skills With your own initiative, ready-to-use and organisational skills, you can strengthen our team You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
