Department Manager (m/w/d) - Minijob or Parttime

You want to address these tasks with us?

• organization, production, documentation and maintenance of training and subscriber data
• Creation and dispatch of monthly reporting to the client
• Support for participants
• Adoption of visitors, suppliers, customers, and trainees
• Support of the location management

• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Secure MS Office knowledge, especially in the application of Excel and Word
