Responsibility for operational IT operations (infrastructure, systems, availability, security) in close coordination with the Co-Lead Professional and disciplinary leadership of the administrator team Further development of the IT architecture (on-premises and cloud), coordinated with the corporate strategy Responsibility for monitoring, backup and disaster recovery concepts Planning and implementation of measures to improve performance, availability and IT security Technical management of IT projects and cooperation with external service providers and clients Advising management and departments on operational IT topics Ensuring transparent, comprehensible and sustainable documentation

You have experience in leading role in IT and have deep technical experience as a senior system administrator:in or a comparable position. In addition to very good knowledge of Linux and Windows Server environments, you also have well-founded experiences with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox. A very good understanding of networks and IT security (TCP/IP, firewall, VPN, VLAN) as well as experience with automation and scripting (e.g. Bash, Python, PowerShell, Ansible), Citrix technologies and their operation in complex infrastructures and ideally with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure) and container virtualization (Docker) complete your professional skills. Personally, you are characterized by a strong sense of responsibility, decision-making strength and a structured way of working. Leadership, communication strength and a sovereign appearance are also your strengths. You have very good knowledge of German and English.
