Business Analyst QM Systems (m/f/d)

You are part of our IT sector and play a key role in the design and development of our systems. Your tasks include analyzing and harmonizing existing processes in IT systems and designing new processes with a focus on quality management and sustainability management incl. EH&S - in close coordination with the departments. You will also support the implementation of new IT applications in this area, both in local and company-wide projects. You take over the customization and the conceptual further development of the group-wide implemented quality management systems in cooperation with the departments. You also interact with other IT teams and departments and continuously monitor the active IT systems to ensure the agreed service levels. You are responsible for the implementation of projects including the achievement of targets and the support of international rollouts. You advise our specialist departments (in particular Quality Management and Health, Safety & Environment) for the optimal use of our IT systems.

Ideally, you will bring a completed study of computer science, business informatics or a comparable IT-related discipline. You have already gained experience in a manufacturing company, ideally in the process industry (e.g. food processing, oil, gas and pharmaceutical industries or the like). You have experience with applications that support sustainability management, e.g. for EUDR, CSRD, CCF, etc., and knowledge in the SAP QM, SAP EHS and S4Hana environment is of advantage. Your high level of communication and implementation strength, your independent working and team skills complete your profile. Thanks to your reliable knowledge of German and English, cooperation with national and international IT colleagues is obvious to you.
