For the location in Varel, we are looking for a painter (m/w/d) for the area of structural components at the next possible time as part of the transfer of workers.

THERE HAVES:

• You prepare structural components professionally for painting by cleaning, masking, grinding, and accurately performing covering work.
• You can take over the color batch manually or mechanically and use automatic paint mixing systems safely and quality-consciously.
• Coating work on components is carried out according to work instructions and technical documentation.
• During the process, you control layer thicknesses, document measurement results and ensure compliance with quality specifications.
• After completion of the painting remove cover materials, check the surface quality and ensure proper finishing.

THE BRINGS WITH:

• You have completed vocational training as painter and painter (m/w/d), process mechanic (m/w/d) for coating technology or a comparable qualification.
• First professional experience in industrial lacquering or surface coating - ideally in the manufacturing environment - bring you along.
• Technical drawings and work documents can be read securely and implement specifications.
• An independent, quality-oriented way of working as well as team skills.
• They are ready to work in the 3-shift system including weekend work; Basic knowledge of SAP or Google Workspace is an advantage.
