Support for day-to-day management and implementation of strategic and operational business objectives Planning, control and implementation of cross-departmental projects Development of structures and standards in the fields of sustainability, environment, energy, quality and work safety Analysis of business processes and preparation of evaluations, decision bases and recommendations for action Participation in internal and external communication measures and organisation and moderation of meetings, conferences and events Planning, implementation and documentation of inventory and internal revisions Close cooperation with management, internal departments and external partners

Complete studies or training in a commercial or technical field (e.g. economic engineering, business management, environmental and resource management, production or process engineering) Good technical and commercial understanding, experience in project work or management First practical experience in handling management systems (e.g. quality, environment, energy or occupational safety) desirable Professional appearance, communication strength and strategic thinking and action High commitment, self-initiative and pronounced problem-solving competence Secure handling of MS Office, SAP knowledge of advantage German language skills and punctual readiness
