The BIS Bremerhavener Gesellschaft für Investmentförderung und Stadtentwicklung mbH is responsible for the development, strengthening and marketing of the Bremerhaven business location on behalf of the city of Bremerhaven and the country of Bremen. In the context of the Bremen 2030 innovation strategy, we are looking for the development and implementation of instruments and measures to promote the common good economy and the cultural and creative industries (KKW) in Bremerhaven at the closest possible time Projektmanagement (m/w/d)

• Pay group 13 TVöD (deficit order/VKA) - It is a challenging and forward-looking task at the interface of economic development, urban development and sustainability. The position includes the consultation and support of actors in the cultural and creative industries, the common good economics and reasons. Development and implementation of instruments to promote common good economics and sustainable business in Bremerhaven Advising start-up interested and targeted placement into the existing consulting network Continuous review and adaptation of instruments and measures to promote cultural and creative industries Support for start-ups in local and regional networks Coordination with the competent authorities Organization of events Support for public relations Documentation and reporting

Completed studies (Bachelor/Diplom/Master) with reference to common good economics and the cultural and/or creative industries or cross-entry, e.g. from the commercial or advisory area with qualification and/or experience in these areas Industry knowledge of the cultural and creative industries and the common good economy are desired Experience in building and maintaining networks First experiences in the founding consulting are of advantage First experiences in the management and project management area are helpful Ideally experience in the sociocultural field Knowledge of administrative and budgetary law (country, federal, EU) is desirable or the willingness to work into this Very good organizational capacity and structured working Very good knowledge of German in word and writing as well as a safe linguistic ability Very good knowledge of the current MS Office applications
