We will now look for you as Operational Head Facility Management (m/w/d) in full time.

We are looking for you as surgically experienced and pragmatic leadership with hands-on mentality. In your function you also represent the management of our FM area. The FM division provides all technical services (including outdoor facilities) for the approximately 120 facilities of the MEDIAN group of companies in Germany and has more than 300 employees. Their main task is the operational implementation of the daily business in cooperation with the 4 regional managers of our FM organization. We attach great importance to the achievement of our jointly fixed, quantitative goals and a co-worker-oriented leadership within the framework of our guiding principles. Further optimize structures and processes in technical and commercial facility management, enable cross-site and cross-disciplinary cooperation between teams in the regions, work independently, planned and solution-oriented, ensure regular, quantitative reporting to management; and advances digitization and improvement processes (KVP).

For this dynamic position with a high level of commitment and perseverance, you will bring multi-year, practical experience in the field of technical building operations and management or the control of TGA projects. You have a completed degree in business, building technology or engineering or a comparable qualification, a communication strength that allows you to handle decentralized teams and commercial lines of our clinics on the customer side, a proven experience in employee management with a cooperative and motivating leadership style.
