Completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable qualification At least five years of professional experience in leadership Knowledge of Building Automation, Security and Network Infrastructures Experience in the project management of construction projects (modernization, reconstruction, new building) Analytical thinking, structured working and high self-initiative Very good communication skills and team orientation
