For our Deals business unit we are looking for you as Consultant Post Merger Integration / Carve-Out (w/m/d). It's waiting for you Consulting – You advise companies in national and international transactions both in strategic and operational issues. Depending on your interests and skills, you can support us in the areas of Post Merger Integration (PMI), Carve-Out or Due Diligence. Transactions – In the PMI and Carve-out area, you define, evaluate and implement integration/carve-out strategies. In addition, you support the introduction of new “Operating Models”, derivation and implementation of developed synergy potentials and change management measures. Risk analysis – In the Due Diligence area, you carry out operational, financial or IT-specific risk and chance assessments, and create due diligence reports regarding IT, finance, HR or operations. Project work – You conduct submodules in projects, conduct independent operational analyses and launch presentations, reports and other project documents. That's what you bring You have completed your studies in economics or a comparable degree course.

You have first experience in the field of transaction consulting, which you could collect, for example, through internships.

You master the languages German and English fluent in word and writing.

In addition to your analytical and conceptual skills, you convince the customer with your communication strength.
