As a nursing professional in the home, you are required daily with basic care, drug delivery, wound care and documentation – we clarify how documentation, procedures and team voting are organised in the field. You work hard with us and are used in facilities where you can bring your experience well – without constantly having to renegotiate. Your desired field of application is defined in common; further distant possibilities can be offered, but do not have to be accepted.

• You are responsible for reference care for a fixed circle of residents: in the middle, you know their biography, resources and needs and accompany them reliably in everyday life. • In use, you support a reliable flow of information through clean handovers that give the following team a good basis for further work. • You implement prophylaxis measures – such as decubitus, fall and contractor prophylaxis – consistently and professionally and adapts them to individual risks. • In case of changes in the state, you will be able to adapt measures, reorganise priorities and carry on care processes conclusively.
