We are looking for ambitious and enthusiastic university graduates (m/w/d) for a long-term management career in our internationally active family business! You start with us as a sales manager in the field service (m/w/d) in the region of Nellingen, Wangen and Münsingen, get to know our core business – direct sales – for the first time and set the foundation for a sustainable career in the Group! Your tasks

You join us as a sales manager in the field (m/w/d) to get to know the direct sales. You're on your way five days a week to inspire your customers. You meet these at their respective locations – whether on construction sites, workshops or offices. You are responsible for the operational and strategic management of your sales area. You plan your working day and organize yourself. We don't have the classic cold drink. Your core task is to support your existing regional customer base and thus to deepen our partnership relations. During your time as a sales manager in the field service (m/w/d), you get to know our core processes, build a company-internal network and keep your ambitious career goals in mind. Your team leadership will proactively coach and support you on your development path. The start-up in sales places the foundation for a further career at Hilti and prepares you specifically for subsequent positions, for example in sales, marketing or shopping.

Your profile

• Very well completed studies, ideally in the field of business management or economic engineering
• Practical experience in the form of student work/practice in sales, marketing or in the technical field
• For your next career step, you bring Germany-wide readiness to move
• You have fluent German and English skills
• High degree of self-motivation and result orientation
• Good self and time management
• Ability and will for self-reflection and implementation of feedback
