Tasks and activities • They process requests for short-time work or insolvency money in cases with a high degree of difficulty (e.g. the examination of billing lists containing particularities in the area of time and wage). In the context of the statutory regulations, you calculate the entitlement to benefits for companies and employees and initiate payment. • They shall examine processed performance requests for their correctness and decide on the payment. • You shall draw up opinions on appeals raised against decisions from your area of responsibility. • As part of your work, you will be in contact with employers' and employees' customers as well as with tax advice, pay billing agencies, insolvency administrators, courts and health insurance companies. • They provide information on performance-related matters, advise and discuss disagreements. With increasing experience, further tasks can be added (e.g. the perception of court appointments or the information and consultation within the framework of business meetings).

Preconditions • a (specialised) college degree (ideally from the social security, administration, law, financial and accounting or personnel management) • as an alternative, an at least three-year professional experience with tasks and requirements comparable to the written activity, as well as the (skilled) university maturity, professional training or completed vocational training (ideally in the commercial sector or in the fields of administration, social security or law) We also value • a very good understanding of legislative texts • a high affinity for dealing with numbers • a positive basic attitude towards all people and a high acceptance of the social security system in the Federal Republic of Germany Ideally you still bring • Experience in the application of legal texts and basic knowledge of legal bases in social law (SGB III, SGB I and SGB X) as well as in labour and/or insolvency law • high customer orientation, service readiness and initial experience in telephone customer contact
