In order to support our team in the motorway championship Erlangen, we are looking for you as a cross-entry (w/m/d) to the road guard at the next possible time.

Participation in carrying out work in road maintenance and repair, maintenance, maintenance and cleaning of the road body and the auxiliary installations

Participation in securing and controlling work and accident sites

Control, operation and maintenance of small vehicles, machinery and equipment

Participation in carrying out winter services

Successfully completed artisanal training, preferably in the areas of construction, agriculture, forestry or horticulture or as mechatronics (w/m/d) in the areas of motor vehicles, trucks, agricultural or construction machinery driving licence class B and C/CE or the willingness to acquire C/CE driving licence at the expense of the employer Ready to run service vehicles Physical loadability readiness for shiftwork and readiness to call in winter and summer service Residence is not more than 30 minutes away from the motorway championship

The “Quereinstieg-Ieichtmade-Versprech” of Autobahn GmbH: Our qualification program takes into account your professional experience and is compiled separately for you and lasts at most 15 months Theory and Practice for Your Qualification for the Road Guard (w/m/d) are taught by experienced and motivated colleagues At Autobahn GmbH there is no lessons on weekends Class C/CE teaching materials and driving licence

If you are already driving the C/CE class, the qualification program will take only 12 months. The employment relationship can only be continued permanently if the qualification is successfully completed within the first 2 years of your activity. The grouping takes place in the pay group 4 of the TV car. After the qualification programme has passed, the grouping takes place in the pay group 6 of the TV car. The recognition of step-time-relevant work experience is decided on an individual basis. In addition, employees of the road service will receive a complaint allowance as well as travel and education allowance according to the contractual arrangements of the Autobahn GmbH.
