Support for the entire HR life cycle for the R&E and Engineering Center Dresden They work with management to win and maintain the best talents and to align HR strategies to corporate goals and local needs They manage employee relationships, respond to concerns and promote a positive, open-minded working culture You work closely with the Senior Manager HR Germany and the HR Germany Team They interact with the HR group functions, i.e. learning and development, remuneration and additional services, HRIS, talent acquisition for projects and regular HR activities They promote effective initiatives for internal communication and integration to keep employees up to date and committed They ensure compliance with labour laws and corporate policies, advise managers on personal aspects and manage disciplinary measures

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a Related Area experience in a complex HR function as HR Manager, Senior HR Generalist or HR Business Partner; preferably in an engineering or technical environment Knowledge of labour law is a plus Knowledge of GDPR and EHS regulations and best practices are advantageous Experience in working in an international environment with a matrix structure Practical, solution-oriented approach with pronounced communication skills at different levels Knowledge of HR software (e.g. Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite Flowing German and English skills
