As a Specialist Systems & Processes, you keep the processes and supportive computer systems in place at any time and design the necessary processes as effectively as possible. In your role, you act primarily as an interface between Shopfloor (storage and distribution operations) and the central IT departments. What does that mean? You are responsible for the continuous support of users in questions, uncertainties and problem solutions in the area of Warehouse Applications You are responsible for the creation and provision of work instructions and for the implementation of training for affected warehouse employees in the introduction of new processes Management and tracking of process-related plant disorders and disability in the IS environment, which have or had an impact on the operation, as well as their elimination and prevention also belong to your area of responsibility By implementing the requirements in suitable processes and possibly supporting systems, you support internal compliance with regulatory or GDP requirements within the framework of implementations You support the investigation and implementation of CAPA measures and the implementation of the performance improvement program of the company, if necessary If necessary, you are responsible and responsible for implementing and supporting training and validation measures Your responsibility lies in the implementation of planned changes in cooperation with the relevant specialist departments to ensure GDP and regulatory compliance with the systems used in operation.
