Senior Physician Neurology (m/f/d)

The University Hospital for Neurology and Neurogeriatrie (Director Univ.-Prof. Dr. med. Christoph Redecker) of the Klinikum Lippe, Lemgo site, is looking for a senior physician (m/w/d). The range of services of the clinic includes the diagnosis and therapy of all acute and chronic neurologic diseases. All common methods of ultrasound and electrophysiological diagnosis are used. The clinic is equipped with 2 MRT devices (1.5 and 3 Tesla), a PET CT and a biplanar angiography system. The nuclear medical care is carried out in a consiliatric manner. The clinic also takes over the consiliary care of all departments of the house and has several university outpatients as well as outpatient clinics as part of the outpatient specialist care (ASV). Around 120 geriatric early rehabilitation complex therapies are carried out annually. In the early neurological rehabilitation phase B, 12 specialized treatment sites are available, and about 60 patients are provided annually. Specialist in neurology, with additional training Neurologische Intensivmedizin Promotion desirable Multiannual professional experience with leadership experience in a neurological clinic and extensive neurovascular expertise Funded knowledge of the diagnosis and therapy of neurologic diseases with special experience in the Stroke Unit Excellent communication skills and decision strength Network-strong personality with strong team capability and interface competence Joy in innovative projects and process optimizations Commitment to further training of senior and assistant physicians

Remuneration is made according to TV doctors / VKA with all other services of the public service.
