In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for you as a project manager Buildings & Construction (m/w/d) Airbus at the site 28199 Bremen as part of the employee transfer. The place is offered in full time with a 35-hour week.

Responsibility for the project objectives (time, cost, quality, scope) in compliance with internal requirements and external standards and guidelines Construction, control and promotion of the project team in all phases - incl. Coordination of a matrix organisation with cross-functional employees Risk and chance management and integration of Lessons Learned for continuous process improvement Development of decision templates and participation in investment applications in close coordination with internal customers, purchasing and controlling scheduling and milestone control, including coordination and monitoring of regulatory approval procedures Control of design, approval and execution planning and testing of tender documents and performance directories (LPH 3-7) Assessment of offers, participation in contract negotiations and creation of contract conditions for plants and services Organisation and moderation of planning and construction meetings as well as coordination and monitoring of commissioning, acceptance and warranty processes

Complete studies in engineering, civil engineering, architecture, electrical engineering or comparable technical discipline Multiannual professional experience in construction, construction or technical project management Knowledge of contract management and experience with tendering and award processes Secure handling of MS Project and project related IT tools Good knowledge of risk management and structured project methods Embossed analytical skills and ability to quickly capture technical relationships Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Strong communication skills in dealing with external and internal stakeholders as well as knowledge of German and good English skills
