For our information and consulting center in Kaiserslautern we are looking for 01. April 2027 Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in full time with 39 hours per week

Psychosocial counselling, accompaniment and support for people with cancer and their families, including children and young people Psychooncological crisis intervention Support and support of self-help groups Participation in specialist and patient events and in public relations Takeover of documentation, administrative and organisational work

Completed study of social work or social education (Diplom or Master) as a mandatory prerequisite in accordance with the funding criteria of the GKV completed additional psycho-oncological qualification according to the criteria of the German Cancer Society (DKG) or the willingness to acquire them in a professional context; the costs for this are taken over by the employer Professional experience – ideally in counselling and accompaniment of people with cancer or in other challenging psychosocial fields of activity Knowledge of social law Embossed social and communicative competence Class B driving licence
