About us

We are Mediatouch, a social media and online marketing agency based in the heart of Hanover. We support companies in their digital appearance, develop social media strategies, produce creative content and implement successful marketing campaigns.

To support our team, we are looking for an open, communicative and reliable personality that has the pleasure of phoneting and supports us in contact with potential business customers.

You don't have to be a marketing professional and don't need extensive prior knowledge in sales. It is much more important to us that you like to talk to people, feel friendly and have no bareness to grab the phone.

Your tasks

• Telephone contact with potential business customers
• Friendly and professional presentation of our company and our services
• First talks with interested parties and ask their needs
• Agreement of appointments for further consultations with our team
• Follow-up to existing contacts and interested parties
• Documentation of conversations and care of contact data
• Close coordination with our team on talk results and next steps

• You like to speak on the phone and enjoy talking to different people.
• You're kind, open-minded and communicative.
• You can express yourself well and have very good German skills.
• You are self-confidently approaching people and do not let yourself be discouraged by a “no”.
• You work reliably, structured and independent.
• You have basic knowledge in dealing with the computer.
• You are motivated to learn new things, and you are interested in long-term cooperation.

Experience in sales, telephone acquisition or customer service is welcome, but expressly no requirement. We also welcome cross-comers.
