Communications and Assistant to the Superintendent's Office (m/f/d)

We are looking for you, 01.06.2026, as a dedicated personality, unlimited and full-time as: Communication and Assistant (w/m/d) of the superintendent You know what a superintendent is? – This is a good start! You and the two secretaries (50% each) are the organizational heart of the superintendenture, with you the strings of the church circle merge.

You are pleased to secure the clear and structured flow of information between Superintendent, Landeskirchenamt and Kirchengemeinden as a reliable interface in a responsible key position. You are the central point of contact of the Church and coordinate issues with overview, discretion and organizational strength. You control communication, emails and documents and keep an overview even in challenging situations. With a strategic sense, you develop the media presence, select suitable communication channels and strengthen networks in the media sector.

You are a dedicated personality with knowledge of ecclesial structures and a recognizable affinity to the evangelical church. You have a degree in the field of media/communication or comparable qualifications and experience (e.g. volontariat, training for / for deacons, ecclesiastical training). You have fun getting involved in our environment. You provide optimal experience in editorial or public relations and use communication channels in a targeted manner. You work structured, independent and team-oriented, bring themselves competently into the management team and are also time-flexible at events.
