Jurist / Referent Recht (m/f/d)

You advise the main and specialist departments in the daily operating business, in particular on energy and civil matters. You develop, control and assess contracts under legal aspects. You are involved in extrajudicial and judicial correspondence. Advice on management rights as well as independent negotiations / correspondence with authorities and property owners are your responsibility. Together with the team, you manage and care for management rights.

You have a completed university degree as a lawyer (1st and 2nd state exams) as well as good knowledge in the field of activity. We are looking for both career starters and experienced trainees (m/w/d). You have the ability to quickly work into (unknown) legal areas and find practical solutions. You can access ready-to-use knowledge in all MS Office applications and – ideally – in a firmware software. A well-founded analytical competence, a particularly pronounced communication capability, and an independent and structured working method are the key to you.
