Technical leadership of the team Planning and development of the SAP CX Suite with the objectives of STULZ GmbH Operational further development of the cooperation or participation in the construction of a group-wide SAP CX system architecture Advising the departments in the headquarters, the departments and the global subsidiaries Secure the proper operation of SAP CX Services Quality of system stability and availability, incl. incident and change management Conception, implementation and monitoring of projects and resource management in the SAP CX Services team Control of service providers and participation in tenders Coordination and coordination with other IT teams and departments Identification and conversion of optimization potentials in the field of SAP CX and adjacent intersections Creation, safeguarding and review of the documentation, e.g. works manuals, customizing documentation, etc. Support for audits

Ideally completed studies in (economic) infor­mation or completed training with a focus on computer science with multiannual professional experience in the field of SAP CX Services (Sales / Service Cloud and CPQ) and in the control of external service providers im Bereich SAP CX Services Comprehensive understanding of business processes in the sales sector, at best of a medium-sized, international production company, and the expertise to map them in the SAP CX Suite Proofable multiannual vocational practice in IT project management Recent IT expertise, including SAP CX systems such as SAP Sales, Service Cloud and CPQ, as well as interface technologies and data banks Know-how in the introduction and operation of SAP systems Very good German and English in word and writing, also for international project operations Analytical and outcome- and service-oriented thinking and action Communication strength, initiative, solution orientation and innovation skills High levels of enforcement and awareness of responsibility
