Employees - Implementation of energy consulting services & coordination of an energy-efficient district concept (m/f/d)

The aim of this function is to move more people to renovate their property and use renewable energies - through networking, cooperation and dissemination of information in a Bonner district. This is about being the “Knotenpunkt” in our newly created quarter offices, the engine and the central contact person, our BEA vision card on site. The new colleagues will identify the different actors, actively address and inspire our goals. You will explore and advance cooperation opportunities, such as citizens' ideas. The tasks include the organisation of the quarter office, energy consulting and events, as well as the participation in the further development of our formats and offers. You are to carry out the rehabilitation management according to KfW-432 including all necessary services (e.g. monitoring, reports, evidence and billing). Ideally, the people can represent our energy consumers professionally.

a Bachelor degree or a Diploma in Urban or Spatial Planning; Energy, environmental or civil engineering; architecture; geography, sustainability or climate protection management; or comparable discipline 2 years of professional experience in the field of energy recovery, heat planning or quarter development Experience in coordinating complex projects Very independent operation, reliability and implementation orientation Advantageous, but not necessarily necessary, competences in energy consulting and experiences in refurbishment management according to the requirements of the KfW-432 funding For this role, we wish to see correct organizational and communication talents with “one hand” for different people. Perhaps the new colleagues already have experiences with lively networks. Very important to us is that the right person is reputable and trustful; that she can think “Out of the Box”, is creative and proactive in terms of solution inventions. We expect the willingness to cover our service hours and to work occasionally on weekends or in the evening hours.

The posts are fixed by 31.12.2028 and must be filled either in part-time or full-time (19.5– 39 hours/week). The remuneration – here according to E 12 – is based on the TVÖD VKA. In addition, there is a grant to the Deutschlandticket. We offer 6 weeks holiday a year. The workplace is located in one of our future quarter offices in the city area of Bonn.
