About the place As a machine operator (m/w/d), you support our production at the Hilden site in the production of high-quality products under clean room conditions. In this role you serve and monitor modern semi-automatic and fully automatic production facilities and make an important contribution to maintaining our quality standards. You work in a dedicated team, secure a smooth production process and actively support the continuous improvement of our processes. Your tasks operating, brushing and monitoring of semi-automatic and fully automatic assembly and coating systems in the clean room Implementation of cleaning, care and maintenance measures at production facilities and workplaces according to TPM and 6S standards Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines and occupational safety and safety regulations Operation, calibration and testing of trade fair equipment to ensure product quality performing and documenting in-process controls in accordance with applicable work instructions Documentation of production-relevant data and deviations in the intended systems Support in the incorporation and training of new employees Your profile Complete technical or commercial vocational training, for example as machine and plant manager, industrial mechanic, mechatronic or comparable qualification Experience in the operation of automated production plants in an industrial environment First knowledge of the GMP-regulated production environment is advantageous Good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of English Safe handling of MS Office applications Willingness to work in the 3-shift system and occasional Saturday work Teamability, high quality orientation, reliability and fast conception
