Conception, development and implementation of tailor-made leadership measures for managers in our Fressnapf markets (e.g. trainings, workshops, coaching, mentoring, peer learning) Design and support of personnel development offerings for employees in the markets to promote a sustainable performance minimum Implementation of training measures for different target groups in presence and online formats Support and evaluation of the company-wide survey “Employee Spotlight” in the markets and deriving measures Content support and further development of the franchise partner program for new franchise partners Close cooperation with the departments to organise development measures in the corporate strategy Selection and control of external training partners Monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of the measures and continuous optimization based on KPIs Advising the internal interfaces (e.g. sales outside service, market employees & franchise partners) on training opportunities in the Academy

Complete studies in pedagogy, human resources development or a related area. Alternatively, an additional training in adult education Mind. 3 years of experience in the field of learning & development as well as first experiences in the independent implementation of training Knowledge of modern learning methods and technologies (e.g. blended learning, e-learning platforms, gamification) Strong didactic and methodical skills to prepare content according to target groups and experience in designing learning scenarios for different formats (presence, hybrid, online) Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other digital tools for knowledge transfer Good office skills and digital (collaboration) tools Good knowledge of English
