The safety organization in our Kalscheuren plant is a central part of our site infrastructure. At the gate and alarm center, many threads come together – controlled, coordinated and communicated. Whether visitor flows, access controls, alarm messages or emergency procedures: This area ensures that our work remains protected, ordered and operational at any time.

Whether visitors, employees or employees: You are the central contact point that connects everything together. Between gates, alarm center and emergency organization, make sure that information flows, processes work and, in serious cases, is used correctly every second.

Your core tasks include:

Alarm center & emergency coordination If an emergency call arrives with you, your bet begins: You accept emergency calls via the factory emergency call number, structure them and evaluate their urgency. The fire alarm systems have a view at any time, switch, monitor and release the alarm system according to alarm and disengagement. During deployments, you coordinate alarm management, document seamlessly in the deployment control system and act as a command center between factory firefighter, deployment management and emergency or Crisis staff. You can also control external communication paths: you filter, prioritize and forward important information in a targeted manner.

Work protection & reception services As a face of our site, you will ensure a professional and safe process at the gate: You can design the reception of visitors and employees in a friendly and structured manner, control access and create IDs as well as electronic unlocking. Security instructions accompany you conscientiously, supervise the telephone center and take care of inquiries and organizational issues reliably. In addition, you are responsible for tasks from the logistics organization such as vehicle weighing, supplier registration, SAP bookings or car rental expenses.

The basis for successful work in this position is a completed training as a fire master/group leader F3 (m/w/d), which enables you to take over the important coordination function in the alarm center in an emergency. Alternatively, if there is no qualification as a brand master / group leader F3, you have at least the training as a group leader (m/w/d), have successfully completed the ABC course and bring the G26.3 accuracy. The first practical experience in the door or safety service or a further training for the tested protective power (m/w/d) are of advantage, also in an industrial environment. High resilience, sense of responsibility and calm appearance are among your strengths. Also in parallel or challenging situations, you act structured and make clear decisions. A friendly, correct and service-oriented appearance will bring you into any situation, even if conversations are held tense, time-critical or emotional. Need for communication with colleagues, colleagues, visitors and employees You have very good knowledge of German at level C1and you have solid English at level B1/B2. Within the scope of security activities, a satisfactory police certificate is required (the costs for this are of course borne by us). You wear service clothing that we provide you with complete, comfortable and usable.
