In the ''Central Developments'' team, we work closely with the departments to develop customized software solutions for internal use in the Sparkasse KölnBonn. Our focus is on creating powerful workflows that contribute to the sustainable digitization and optimization of our operational processes.

Your tasks – we will inspire you You guide a team of eight full-stack developers professionally and disciplinefully and continuously promote their further development. In the further development of the application architecture and the Java-based technology stack, you take responsibility and work closely with the department management on the strategic orientation of application development. You are instrumental in the maintenance and development of methods, procedures and tools in software development as well as in test and release management. As a competent contact person, you support the fields of business analysis and request collection and encourage close, trusting cooperation with service providers and internal IT management.
