Werkstudent Compensation & Benefits (m/f/d)

As a full-fledged team member, you support our People & Culture team in the area of Compensation & Benefits – e.g. for payroll topics, retirement, corporate car, JobRad & Co You get deep insights into the core administrative processes of a HR department

You actively participate in the creation, maintenance and dispatch of company car contracts and invoices to our employees

You support the team in day-to-day business and contribute to current projects

You think with, optimierst processes and learn how Compensation & Benefits really works in the consulting environment

This place is to be occupied from 01.04.2026 at the Frankfurt am Main site with usually 20 hours per week (more than in the semester holidays).

You study business, ideally with a focus on staff and have completed at least the third semester

Ideally, you bring first experience in the area of People with

You are safe in handling MS Office applications

You draw from service orientation, team skills, excellent communication skills as well as organizational talent and self-employment

Very good German and English language skills complete your profile
