Development and implementation of new product and relaunch projects for brand and private label – from idea discovery to market launch Creating innovative product concepts and strategic recommendations Presentation of concepts and basis of decision Control of interdisciplinary project teams Continuous care and further development of the range Conducting market, competition and consumer analyses to identify trends and potentials Participation in the development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies Creation and control of sales-promoting documents until final implementation Close cooperation with internal departments (product development, production, purchasing, sales, quality assurance) and external partners (design agencies, trading partners, customers)

Complete economic studies focusing on marketing or a comparable qualification First experience in product management or marketing in the FMCG area Knowledge of the design of products and project management Creative thinking combined with analytical and entrepreneurial approach Communication strength, team capacity and initiative Structured, reliable and independent operation Very good MS Office knowledge, ideally experience with SAP Enthusiasm for food and consumer goods Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
