IT Event and Media Technician (m/f/d)

Support & user support: You will receive first and second-level support for hardware and software in the field of communication, conference and media technology and ensure smooth operation. Event support: You are technically engaged in internal and external events – from employee meetings and kick-offs to customer webinars, training and video shooting. Meeting room and media technology: You are responsible for the support, maintenance and development of meeting rooms as well as their presentation, audio and video technology. Systems & Collaboration Solutions: You support the installation, configuration and optimization of conference and collaboration solutions such as Cisco, MS Teams, Zoom and additional software. Processes & quality assurance: You ensure compliance with processes, quality standards and internal requirements and actively contribute to the optimization of workflows and cooperation.

Expertise You have a completed training in the field of event, media or communication technology or a commercial or technical training with relevant experience in the field of activity. You have a well-founded knowledge of the installation, configuration, commissioning and troubleshooting of video, audio and media technology as well as a good understanding of hardware and software solutions in the communication and conference environment. Expertise You bring basic knowledge in the field of information technology, have experience in the Microsoft environment and ideally also good knowledge in SAP and MS Office.
