Control and implementation of the entire recruiting process Creation of requirements profiles and job alerts Applicant management and organisation and implementation of interviews Active candidate search and direct address via appropriate channels and networks Working with the employer branding as well as participating in job fairs and recruiting events Advice and support for managers in recruiting topics Cooperation with personnel service providers and personnel intermediaries Organisation and support of new employees Creation and coordination of training plans Working with HR projects, e.g. in the areas of employee retention, communication and talent management

Closed commercial training with HR further education, economic studies with a focus on staff or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in recruiting Experience with modern recruiting channels and social media Safe handling of MS Office Good knowledge of English Communication strength, empathy and joy in dealing with people Good sense of talent and a high service orientation Proactive, structured and independent operation Teamability and strong social competence
