♪ This is your new job:

The maiden apartment house Münchhausen is a successor to the “offerings for girls” and young women*/(Heil-)Pädagogisches Riding” division and offers 5 young women the opportunity to self-contain in their own apartment. On the basis of § 34 SGB VIII, possibly i.V.m. §§ 41, 35a SGB VIII, we accompany the young women on their very individual path.

♪ These are your tasks:

• Advice and assistance for young women* in the self-employed phase
• Assistance in education and training
• Psychosocial support, the treatment of individual conflict situations and problem areas, as well as the support of young women* in the gender-specific confrontation with their own role
• Structure and organization of everyday life, management of assigned financial resources, educational reporting, implementation of our quality management
• Cooperation with offices, authorities, external specialists, schools and training centres and family of origin

• An attractive remuneration according to pay group 8 (plus a supplement) of the employment contract guidelines Kurhessen-Waldeck (AVR.KW) for the area of the Diakonische Werk, which in full time (39 hours) corresponds to a remuneration according to the classification between 4404.62 Euro and 5033.67 Euro gross per month

• You are an educator, social education, medical education, or have completed another relevant training or study
• You are empathic and encourage young people individually, needs-oriented and independent of the background
• You are safe in communication, both in dealing with the attendees and in cooperation with colleagues
• You are flexible in a dynamic working environment, paired with the ability to self-reflection and constructive feedback
• As an exceptional team player you see where your help is needed and keeps a cool head even in difficult situations
• You can see the benefits in the shift service (including weekend services and night readiness in the group) and design the schedule together with your team
• Class B driving licence
