About the place We are looking for you as Teamlead Key Account Management (all genders) at the Leipzig, Munich or Frankfurt site.

Your duties You lead the Team Key Account Management and are responsible for the support and advice of plant operators and business customers as well as the acquisition of new customers in our products direct marketing, PPA's, flexibility marketing and other energy services. You also lead the marketing agency.

You design the sales and marketing strategy and optimize processes in cooperation with participating departments.

You support and promote the development of new products and services and their continuous improvement.

You perform the interface function on origination and product development, energy trading, accounting, controlling, risk management and other departments and companies within the group.

You independently control supply and negotiation processes until the conclusion of the contract.

You are responsible for building and maintaining profitable customer relationships and developing new market potential.

Your profile: You have the completion of a degree with commercial or technical reference or a commercial training with relevant professional experience.

You have multiannual expertise in the energy industry with a focus on distribution or origination and provide sound knowledge in B2B sales, direct marketing, PPA business and flexibility solutions. In addition, you have a very good understanding of energy-economic regulators and are excellently connected in the industry.

You are a communication-strong and sovereign personality, preferably with leadership experience, want to take responsibility, develop talents and lead the team with passion for sales, coaching and joint success.

You promote cooperation across divisions and convince by a professional appearance. You have already successfully assumed responsibility for complex projects and understand the need to take into account various requirements of the process participants.

You are safe in handling CRM systems (ideally Salesforce) as well as MS Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

You are team-ready, flexible and are characterized by a high degree of implementation.

You want to develop in a dynamic growth market and have commercial spy.

You represent the company at trade fairs, events and congresses and bring an increased readiness to travel.

You communicate safely in German and very well in English.
