Master Electrician / Electrical Engineer Network Operation Control Center (m/f/d)

Network in control: You monitor and control our power grids, plants and processes - with modern systems, clear responsibility and clean documentation. Switching actions are your own responsibility, tune with your colleagues in network operation and during maintenance work, and share releases for work and accept them again. First point of contact in the fault: You take fault messages across the spade (electricity, gas and water) from customers, recognize critical situations early and coordinate the destructive teams for quick re-supply of our customers. You document all measures carefully and you keep an overview in stress situations. Schelle solutions instead of long failures: You control the entire disorder process: analysing, documenting and restarting the operation with colleagues – reliable and efficient. Designing the energy transition: you regularly test and control the changes that the energy transition brings, among other things, renewable energy plants and make an active contribution to the networks of the future. Teamwork in every layer: You are not alone in the shift service (3-shift model): you work closely with our stand-by teams and together ensure a secure and stable energy supply.

Completion: You have a completed electrotechnical training and a further education as a master or technician in the field of electrical engineering, energy technology or a comparable qualification. Professional experience: You have ideally already experience in energy supply and network management – alternatively the willingness to work in this area. During the introduction, we strongly support you in the team and through targeted further qualification measures. Personality: You convince by communication strength, high resilience and a strong sense of responsibility – even in challenging situations. IT affinity: You work out with IT systems and master the current MS Office programs. Standby service: You are ready to work in flexible 3-shift operation (7-8-9 hours in 7-week rhythm) – including readiness to call. There are tariff interchangeable and standby allowances and up to six additional holiday days.
