In your function, you are responsible for the timely and orderly billing of projects with cost-sharing of third parties on the basis of the Railway Crossing Act (EKrG) and on the basis of other contracts of the region You are responsible for the proper accounting of project-related expenses under the Railway Crossing Act, including all policies and implementation agreements Invoicing documents for billing you request and monitor them, as well as check all documents for completeness and plausibility Assessment of performance data and compilation of cost compilation and all data maintenance activities master data SAP and project accounting system PAS The accounting and proper compilation of the accounting documents for billing and final invoices as well as the correct correction of billing amounts / compensation of benefits You are also responsible for the examination of cross-border agreements for billing-relevant issues and receivable management within the scope of activity You will expertly advise the organizational units on contract design and billing requirements of EKrG measures and project-related contracts

Your profile:

Successfully completed technical/university studies as economist:in, economist:in, business economist:in or business engineer:in or a comparable qualification with corresponding previous experience Alternatively, you have completed vocational training with relevant experience You already had points of contact with commercial billing operations, ideally in the processing of construction projects Therefore, you may bring knowledge of the Railway Crossing Act with you Pre-experience in dealing with public administrations (Commune, Land and/or Bund, EBA) is advantageous Your team can count on you at any time with your structured and solution-oriented work. You are communicative, digital affin and your good MS Office and SAP know-how as well as previous knowledge in PAS 2.0 add your profile
