Your mission Leadership: You run your service team in the area of building automation and develop it specifically. Service Excellence: You ensure efficient and high-quality implementation of service and modernization projects.

Technical expertise: You support your team in commissioning, maintenance and solving technical challenges.

Customer focus: You meet customers:inside, analysing requirements and develop suitable technical solutions.

Planning: You control resources and operations so that your team can work optimally.

Stability: You manage escalations and work to minimize disruption times sustainably.

Collaboration: You coordinate closely with sales, field service and project teams to create a convincing customer experience.

Your profile Background: You bring a completed technical training or study in the field of electrical engineering, building automation, refrigeration/air conditioning or plant engineering.

Practice: You have experience in commissioning, system integration or maintenance of building automation systems.

Development: Ideally, you could already gain first leadership or coaching experience – or want to deliberately take the next step towards leadership.

Customer Focus: You consistently think of customer perspective and have a good understanding of service processes.

Competence: You are sure to deal with project management methods and business performance indicators.

Working method: You work structured, bringing strength to your hands and doing things pragmatically.

Communication: You have very good German and good English skills.
