Testmanager (m/f/d)

You coordinate our test activities and accompany our industrial partners through the test and approval procedures. This is how you contribute to the high quality of healthcare applications.

You contribute to the further development of the test strategy and conduct suitable test procedures together with the team.

You take responsibility for testing and release management within the test department. You make sure that the test environments are coordinated with the development levels of our industrial partners in terms of content and time, so that planned tests can be carried out smoothly.

You are in constant dialogue with our industrial partners and internal teams, coordinate dates, versions and test environments and ensure a transparent flow of information.

You plan and control – also interdisciplinary – test activities, test procedures and the environments necessary for this.

Degree: You have successfully completed your studies. Experience: You have several years of experience in the test environment, in particular in test management and in the planning and implementation of interoperability and integration tests. Ideally, you complement your profile with knowledge in release and environment management, such as monitoring and maintenance of test environments. Tool & Methods: You are well aware of agile test procedures, test planning and implementation, as well as change and release management processes. Experience with CI/CD pipelines or automated deployment processes is a plus. Working: You like to work independently, think systemically and solution-oriented and keep an overview even in complex dependencies. Personality: As a communication-strong personality, you are looking for the close and open dialogue with customers: both inside and inside. You communicate clearly and empathically, like to moderate and appreciate teamwork at eye level. Language: You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
