You are responsible for the technically and economically successful implementation of integrated security solutions for key accounts and ensure a high quality of maintenance and support services in operation. As an experienced program manager, you are responsible for a uniform project structure (mile stones, work packages, responsibilities, reporting) as well as a consolidated schedule, cost and performance controlling incl. Forecast, follow-up and claim management across all projects and contracts. You control selected large-scale projects and ensure compliance with standards, manufacturers and customer requirements at program level. You establish governance structures and standards for implementation, commissioning and documentation. You conduct internal project teams (construction managers, technicians, system specialists and commissioning engineers) as well as project leaders within the program professionally and promote knowledge transfer (Lessons Learned) and continuous improvement. You act as a central operational contact for the customer at the programme and management level, ensuring smooth cooperation with general contractors, planners and external partners. You moderate review meetings, technical decision-making and escalation

Complete technical studies (e.g. electrical engineering, security technology, communications technology, industrial engineering) or comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in managing large-scale projects - ideally project management of safety or electrical engineering projects. Funded knowledge in VOB, building and contract law, as well as routine in reporting, project controlling and follow-up management. Experience with security technology and understanding of system integration/ IT infrastructure. A quick understanding, analytical, structured and resilient. High sense of responsibility, ability to enforce and professional appearance. Very good communication skills in word and writing. Your English skills are also very good.
