You ensure that our warehouse and transport network is always efficient and efficient. You know the global forwarding market, are well connected and are looking forward to exciting negotiations. In the day-to-day operating business, you will arrange with your team for the efficient planning and execution of container imports from Asia, truck transports as well as parcels in Europe and third countries.

Your tasks

Transport and storage network: You build an efficient network (all modes of transport, all temperature ranges) and perform the service providers operationally and using key figures Tendering: You initiate alerts, execute them and assist in the negotiation and final selection of our partners Service provider performance: You monitor compliance with agreed service levels and are the first escalation stage for your team Team: You lead and promote the performance of your employees, ensure high productivity and clear responsibility metrics: You generate data and measure the performance of your employees and your service provider

Commercial training or studies with a focus on logistics, supply chain management or business management At least 5 years of relevant professional experience (transport management, rendering, network control, contract logistics, food logistics) At least 2 years of leadership experience Experience with SAP or other ERP systems Safe in Microsoft Office applications Experience in handling KPIs + reporting tools Good language skills (English safe in word and writing, other languages of advantage)
