You shape the future of transport and mobility – from technical design to technical implementation: You advise our clients on strategic, operational and infrastructural issues in the transport and mobility environment You analyze traffic, operating, and system data and then guide well-founded action recommendations to increase efficiency, quality and sustainability You develop modern mobility, operating and infrastructure concepts – e.g. on network expansion, supply and timetable strategies or sustainable mobility solutions You analyze existing IT and system landscapes (e.g. AVL/ITCS, TMS, Ticketing Systems, Depot Management) and develop viable target architectures You design and implement integrations via APIs, events or data pipelines and make data usable – from data models to quality assurance to analytics, dashboard or AI applications You are structuring requirements, moderating workshops, preparing decisions and presenting results address-oriented You accompany projects from the first idea to the implementation – methodically safe, structured and solution-oriented Advice means flexibility: Your project work depends on our customers and your project situation – you work throughout Germany in our offices, on-site customers and at home

You have completed a successfully completed study in the field of (economic) informatics, engineering, transport, geography, urban/space planning, business sciences in transport or in a comparable subject You bring several years of experience in the transport or mobility environment – professional, technical or ideally in a combination of both You understand the mechanisms of modern mobility, such as traffic planning, operating management, supply and capacity management, or intermodal linking You have experience with mobility IT systems and data processing as well as a good understanding of processes and system relationships You know relevant methods, tools and regulations in the industry and have ideally experience with agile approach models (e.g. Scrum or Kanban) You communicate clearly, moderately safe and can easily prepare complex facts You work independently, think ahead and take responsibility in the project Very good German knowledge of C1 level and good English skills complete your profile
